A boat launch provides easy access for small boats. Located 16 km (10 mi) southeast of Port McNeill, access to the lake is off Highway 19 on Kipala Road to Beaver Cove.

This small lake offers fishing for Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout and Dolly Varden Char. Prime fishing is during May, June, September and October. Beaver Lake also offers a large picnic and day-use site and access to the Beaver Lake forest interpretation trail. It is located at the junction of Highway 19 and Port Alice Highway, 15 km (9 mi) west of Port McNeill.

This peaceful lake is located 18 km (11 mi) southwest of Port McNeill. It is accessed via the Keogh main road to Benson Lake. It offers excellent fishing for Cutthroat Trout, particularly April through June and September to October. A rustic campsite, picnic area and boat launch make Three Isle Lake a nice spot to spend a weekend.

Kathleen Lake is 36 km (22 mi) southwest of Port McNeill. It is accessed by the Wady Main logging road, via Keogh Main Road, off Highway 19 at Port McNeill.

A good little fishing spot for Cutthroat and Rainbow Trout, O'Connor Lake offers a boat launch and campsite. The lake is located 11 km (7 mi) southwest of Port McNeill and can be accessed via the Keogh Mainline to Benson Lake.

Maynard Lake is located 25 km (15.5 mi) southwest of Port McNeill, accessed by the Keogh main road to Benson Lake off highway 19 at Port McNeill. Access is restricted during logging times. The lake offers a boat launch, campsite and Cutthroat Trout fishing, best from April to June and September to October.
